Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Team Lead who will be responsible for managing HR talent acquisation, leading a small team, and directly handling client interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in driving HR initiatives aligned with both organizational and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives to deliver high-quality HR services.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients on HR-related matters, ensuring effective relationship management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, in alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs, design staffing solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, track key metrics, and share insights with management and clients.
• Drive process improvements within the HR function for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resolve escalations from team members and clients with professionalism and tact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling client interactions and workforce management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office Suite, and reporting.

Good to Have

• Experience working in consulting or staffing firms.
• Exposure to international HR practices and client management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,120.60 - ₹35,058.26 per month
