Team Lead HR

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and deadlines.
Coordinate closely with clients to understand their manpower requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure timely and quality manpower delivery to clients, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Manage and resolve escalations, providing effective solutions to both clients and internal teams.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for senior management and clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

6 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with team handling responsibilities.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and manpower solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
