Job Description

As a HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, evaluating their skills and qualifications, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibility

Source and recruit candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for the role and organization.
Create and assess assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude to gauge candidate capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and create job specifications.
HR Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HRIS Management: Manage HR-related systems, including Essy HR and recruitment software.
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to HR team members.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
