Job Description

Job Title: HR Officer

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head – HR

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Time: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Job Purpose:

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and effective coordination between management and employees. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process – job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Maintain candidate databases and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files, HRMS records, and attendance data.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer, confirmation, promotion, and separation letters.
  • Manage employee personal records, leave balances, and attendance tracking.

3. Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, verifying attendance, leave, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations – PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labor laws.
  • Support in maintaining compliance registers and coordinating audits.

4. Performance Management

  • Support the execution of performance appraisal cycles.
  • Track goal-setting, review timelines, and follow up with department heads.
  • Provide inputs for employee development and training needs.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Address employee grievances and escalate as per policy.
  • Promote a positive work culture and maintain employee morale.

6. Policy Implementation & HR Support

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support HR Manager in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR audits and internal reviews.

7. Exit & Full & Final Settlement

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for employee attrition.
  • Coordinate clearance, handover, and F&F settlement process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS / Excel / MIS reporting
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in core HR operations or recruiter role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
