Job Description

The Human Resources Officer will ensure processes, policies and laws are in compliance and to nurture a positive and professional working environment.

Primary Objectives

- HR strategies – Implementation, Communication & Roll-out as directed

- Employee Relations - Addressing employee grievances or other issues

- Full Cycle Recruitment – Job Postings, Advertising, Arranging interviews, etc.

- Reference Checks – Conduct for all New Hires/Joiners

- New Hire Orientation – Conduct for all New Hires/Joiners

- Human Resources Management System (HRMS) – Enter, update and maintain all employee data with 100% accuracy

- Paperwork – Prepare all required paperwork as it related to: New Hires, Terminations, Salary Changes, etc.

- Training – Provide training for employees as required (HRMS, Fleet, Orientation, etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This job is Night Shift - working from 5pm - 3 am IST

- Employee Relations - Addressing employee grievances or other issues

- Full Cycle Recruitment – Job Postings, Advertising, Arranging interviews, etc.

- Reference Checks – Conduct for all New Hires/Joinees

- New Hire Orientation – Conduct for all New Hires/Joinees

- Human Resources Management System (HRMS) – Enter, update and maintain all employee data with 100% accuracy

- Paperwork – Prepare all required paperwork as it related to: New Hires, Terminations, Salary Changes, etc.

- Training – Provide training for employees as required (HRMS, Fleet, Orientation, etc.)

- Policy Compliance - Review Company policies and employee handbook and ensure employee compliance

- Government Compliance – Ensure Company is following local government laws & practices

- Time Management - Review employee in/out times in Time Management System and update and report accordingly

- Absence Management – Report and manage employee absences accordingly

- Provide Confirmation of Employment letters for employees when requested

- Supplies – Order required office supplies & maintain supply cupboard

- Equipment Maintenance – Schedule and monitor as required (photo copiers, shredders, etc.)

- Office Vendors – Schedule and maintain records for external vendors (Cleaners, Coffee Machine, etc.)

- Business Travel – Book as required (Flights, Hotel, Car, etc.)

- Time & Attendance Reporting – Review system daily

- Snacks – Order Office Snacks

- Events Committee – Lead the Events Committee for Team India

- Create Presentations or type Meeting Minutes – As required

Skills & Abilities

- Strong English language skills – verbal & written

- Fluent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

- Proven working experience in Human Resources

- People oriented, and results driven with strong interpersonal skills

- Highly organized and able to successfully multitask and set priorities

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- Excellent active listening and communication skills

- Creativity and resourcefulness and ability to build relationships

- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices

Education & Experience

- College or University Degree in or certificate in Human Resources or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Logistics.

- Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and managers

- Demonstrated experience with human resources metrics

- Knowledge/understanding of HR systems and databases

Physical Demands

- Ability to sit for long periods of time

- Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time-

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
