Role Description:

- Comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment cycle

- Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates

- Prompt in interview coordination

- Skilled in document verification and salary negotiation

- Ability to draft and distribute offer letters

- Effective follow-up communication

- Successful onboarding of new employees

- Creation of a management review presentation with necessary data

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

- MBA in Human Resources or a comparable degree is preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Proactive learning and adaptability

- Familiarity with HR-related technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
