Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dynamic Human Resource & Operations professional to support multiple functions at Tutcart. This role offers a hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, operations, tutor interactions, and branding. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates (tutors, instructors, and internal team members) through job portals, LinkedIn, and other networks.
- Conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage and update applicant databases, interview trackers, and hiring status reports.
- Support in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for tutors and employees.
2. Tutor Interaction & Onboarding Support
- Assist in joining of new tutors, ensuring they understand Tutcart’s platform, policies, and expectations.
- Address tutor queries and provide operational support as needed.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure tutor engagement and satisfaction.
3. HR Operations, Database & Performance Management
- Maintain and update employee and tutor records, attendance sheets, and performance trackers.
- Support in performance review processes, collecting feedback and coordinating review sessions.
- Assist in handling HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Manage HR databases (Google Sheets, HRMS, ATS) for smooth internal operations.
4. Employer Branding & Marketing Support
- Assist in branding and outreach efforts on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Create and share engaging content related to company culture, tutor success stories, and hiring updates.
- Support in organizing HR events, webinars, and networking sessions to strengthen Tutcart’s employer brand.
5. Logistics, Admin & Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist in logistical and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders, including tutors, employees, vendors, and external partners.
- Support the operations team in executing strategic projects and process improvements.
6. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and analyze data sheets for recruitment, tutor performance, and operational processes.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on hiring progress, engagement, and key HR metrics.
- Assist in identifying trends in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Support in process automation and efficiency improvements for a seamless work environment.
- Identify areas for workflow optimization and suggest innovative solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Sharp & Confident Communicator – Comfortable handling telephonic calls, emails, and stakeholder interactions.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Manages multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and Project Management Tools – Comfortable with data management, tracking, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
