The company is a fast-growing Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm delivering high-quality services across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle ,including ,sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Assist in employee engagement, retention programs, and performance management initiatives. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies. Support payroll processing, leave management, and HR operations. Handle grievance redressal, employee queries, and provide HR support to all teams. Collaborate with leadership on training, development, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and best HR practices. Contribute to building a positive, transparent, and professional workplace culture. Required Qualifications & Skills MBA in Human Resources (mandatory). 2 - 3 years of proven HR experience in recruitment, HR operations, or employee relations. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and manage multiple tasks.
