Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Providing feedback for rejected candidates, salary negotiation with selected candidates • Maintain trackers/reports of hiring
Manage hiring sources such as portals, consultancies, institutes, etc. Identify other sources for better hiring
Complete documentation process before joining, ensuring joining of selected candidates • Conducting BGVs of candidates internally and through vendors
Employee onboarding and induction
Ensuring system records are up to date and accurate
Coordination with HR Team to perform other HR operational/admin activities
Arranging social activities like trips, birthday celebrations, and festival celebrations

Preferred candidate profile

Should be graduated in any field. PG will be added advantage. • Knowledge of MS Office. • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Familiarity with building resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Male candidate
