We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Executive to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Respond to internal and external HR inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
[1–3] years of HR experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills(English).
High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.
Proficient in MS Office.
Female candidates are preferred
