Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular meetings.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, induction, onboarding, exit interviews, and exits.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and attendance tracking.
  • Provide support to employees during probationary period.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on generalistic tasks like recruitment coordination, onboarding, etc.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
