Role & responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff Monitor and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction Manage inventory, food and beverage ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally Develop and implement marketing or promotional strategies to attract and retain customers Analyze financial reports and manage budgets, labor costs, and profit margins Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment Enforce company policies and maintain a positive workplace culture Preferred candidate profile 2- 3 years experience in QSR Role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Solid understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financial management Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, scheduling tools) High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus
