Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Bandra. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and impeccable service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors for food and beverage supplies, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves team recruitment, training, and motivating staff to achieve excellent performance and efficient workflows. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Proficiency in Hiring and team supervision, with proven experience in managing and building a capable team.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including procurement and inventory management.
Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
