Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems with employee information, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
  • Generate periodic and ad hoc reports for HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and training effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand reporting needs and develop dashboards or tools to meet those requirements.
  • Support HR audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Additional information: Must be proficient in MS Excel.
