We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across platforms. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels (e.g., Threads, Pinterest). Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video, and live) aligned with brand guidelines. Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team to maintain brand consistency. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews/comments. Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and campaigns. --- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven experience with social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Creativity and a strong eye for visual content. --- Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing. Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns. Understanding of B2B and B2C social media strategies.
