Job Description

Job Summary:

IT HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain HR records, manage attendance and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT industry regulations, and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal documentation

Employee Engagement & Performance Management:

Drive employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR policies.
Assist in performance reviews, promotions, and career development programs.
Work with managers on training needs and leadership development for IT employees.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
5+ years of experience in IT HR
functions, preferably in an IT services or product-based company.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of
Keka HRMS
Occasional travel
preferred
