Job Description

A self-driven, innovative HR professional who consistently thinks creatively and is passionate about driving organizational growth.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Coordinate job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
Manage scheduling and communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference/background checks and facilitate offer letters and salary negotiations.
Oversee new employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes to ensure smooth integration.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive and compliant work environment aligned with company policies.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to maintain effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer payroll and employee benefits programs.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and conduct market research for competitive compensation.

HR Administration and Compliance:

Maintain employee records, HRIS data entry, and compliance with legal requirements.
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
Support the HR department in policy implementation and process improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile for HR Generalist with Recruitment Focus:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience of 2+ years in HR generalist roles, ideally with IT or technology firms.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.
Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and business goals.
