Job Responsibilities as HR Executive 1. Staffing: • Work with various contractors; Security, Manpower, Housekeeping, Canteen, etc. in hiring, managing and administering such employees. 2. Onboarding and Orientation: • Conduct new employee orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Coordinate the completion of necessary paperwork and documents for new hires. • Ensure that new employees receive proper training and resources to excel in their roles. 3. Employee Relations: • Act as a point of contact for employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns. • Mediate and resolve employee disputes or conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner. • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement and communication initiatives. 4. Benefits Administration: • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims. • Ensure compliance with benefit plan regulations. 5. Compliance and Record-Keeping: • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies. • Assist in the preparation and filing of HR-related reports and documentation. 6. Performance Management: • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance appraisals. • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance improvement plans. 7. Training and Development: • Identify training needs and assist in coordinating training and development programs. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development 8. Safety and Health: • Collaborate with the safety department to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. • Assist with safety training and incident reporting.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Graduate. Having minimum 1 Year of Experience. Factory Experience Male candidate required.
