Human Resource Executive

TechnoNext Technologies is a fast-growing organization operating across IT Software Development, Digital Solutions, and Freight Brokerage (Logistics). We are committed to building innovative technologies while ensuring operational excellence in logistics. To support our expanding teams, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive who can manage diverse HR functions across both verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, software, and logistics roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies aligned with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and training programs.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with management on HR planning, workforce development, and retention strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (experience in IT and/or logistics sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dual-industry environment.
