Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive, primarily focused on Recruitment and HR Administration. The role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career HR professional who is eager to build hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage interview schedules.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.

  • Support onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and checklists.
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for asset allocation, travel bookings, inventory management..
  • Support compliance-related documentation and audits as required.
  • Conduct in-depth research and provide policy benchmarking insights aligned with industry best practices and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and share regular updates on changes in labor laws, statutory regulations, and compliance-related matters.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM / Graduate in HR or a related field.

  • 6–12 months of experience or relevant internship in Recruitment or HR Operations.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Exposure to HRMS tools.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
