Job description Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs and workshops. Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases. Generate HR reports and analytics for management review. Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in HR Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
