Job Description

As a Human Resource Associate at our company located in Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination. - Handle the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition. - Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements. - Draft and manage Employment and Internship Agreements and other HR documents. - Support and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities. - Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards. - Prepare and analyze HR reports, attendance, and other HR metrics for management review. - Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. - Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (internship experience can be considered). - Strong understanding of basic HR functions and compliance processes. - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools/software. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
