Sengar Consultancy is hiring a Human Resource Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, and daily HR operations. The role involves managing documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating with teams, and assisting in employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling
• Manage onboarding and employee file documentation
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Assist in payroll coordination
• Address employee queries and follow-ups
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and communication

Skills Required

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
• Understanding of HR documentation and compliance

Tools Awareness:

• MS Office
• Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• HRMS tools (preferred)
• Zoom / Teams / Slack

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coordination and follow-up abilities
• Attention to detail & time management
• Professional and positive attitude

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certifications (preferred, not mandatory)

Additional Requirement

• Mandatory one-year employment bond (for retention purpose)
