WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR MNC CLIENT COMPANY FOR THE ROLE OF "HR SERVICE SUPPORT " WHICH WILL ON 1 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL @ AIROLI LOCATION

ONLY INTERESTED CANDIDATES HAVING RELEVANT EXPREINCE SHOULD APPLY AND SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

1. Handle administrative and supportive tasks for the HR department, including invoicing, facility management, onboarding and offboarding of new hires, and general HR support.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding facility and support requirements.
3. Gain exposure to various HR disciplines within Dow, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent & Learning.
4. Develop key skills in customer care, stakeholder management, administration and organizational skills.
5. Experience in vendor management and invoice handling.
6. Experience with SAP (preferred)/ ServiceNow.
7. We need someone who is comfortable working with vendors and managing invoices.
