Job Title : Executive AssistantJob Location : Gurugram, Haryana Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the Founder. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, efficient, and professional individual capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and confidentiality Roles and ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the founder's schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to drive productivity. Drive appropriate quorum and follow up meetingManage Communication and Coordination: Handle professional email correspondence, maintain minutes of meetings with accuracy, and ensure effective task scheduling and timely updates on Asana to support smooth execution and follow-ups across teams.Stakeholder management and communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and clarity.Office Coordination: Oversee office operations to ensure a well-functioning work environment. Implement process excellence across areas such as admin, logistics, office systems.Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and ensure all logistics are managed seamlessly.Event Planning: Organize and coordinate executive-level events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.Expense Reporting: Manage and process expense reports and invoices, ensuring timely reimbursement and adherence.Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of executive operations.
