Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
1.Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.13 years of HR experience (startup experience preferred).3.Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment, and employee relations.4.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.5.Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.6.Familiarity with HR tools is preferred.
