Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Associate role based at our office in Noida. The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, conducting training and development sessions, ensuring smooth employee engagement activities, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role involves active communication with internal teams to support and enhance organizational culture and productivity.

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Expertise in various aspects of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and employee engagement
• Experience in Training & Development and supporting the professional growth of team members
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems is a plus
