Human Resource Associate

About the Role:

The HR Associate will support the HR department in executing core human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR communications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance appraisal processes and data management.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
• Ensure statutory compliance and assist in audits/documentation.
• Address basic employee queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Contribute to HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis for decision-making.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MHRM preferred).
• 13 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Salary:

18k-25k per month
