Role Description:

We seek an Unreal Engine Intern to support our software development team. You will assist in building and refining features for an ongoing project using Unreal Engine. This role offers hands-on experience in software/game development, collaboration with experienced developers, and exposure to real-world production pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and testing gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and level designs in Unreal Engine.
• Write clean, efficient C++ and Blueprint scripts to implement features.t.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings to provide input and learn best practices.
• Document processes and workflows for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a computer science, game development, or related degree program.
• Good knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting and C++ programming.
• Familiarity with Game development concepts like physics, rendering, or animation.
• Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 features.
• Knowledge of shading, lighting, or particle systems in Unreal Engine.
• Exposure to multiplayer or networked game development.
