Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Unreal Engine Intern. The Unreal Engine Intern will be responsible for assisting with the creation and development of AR, VR, MR, and XR simulations and game environments. Day-to-day tasks include developing and optimizing interactive experiences, creating and texturing 3D models, programming gameplay mechanics, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement innovative solutions. The intern will also learn to integrate AI and machine learning elements into projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine and familiarity with 3D modeling and texturing
• Experience in programming gameplay mechanics and knowledge of scripting languages like C++ or Blueprints
• Good understanding of AR, VR, MR, and XR development
• Passion for AI, machine learning, and their applications in interactive experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for game development and simulation projects
• Experience in the gaming industry or relevant academic projects is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
