Performance Marketing Associate

Job Description

Job Roles & Requirements: ● Assist in the development, implementation, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across social media channels. ● Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends to enhance campaign performance. ● Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling AD copies, and visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and drive conversions. ● Monitor campaign performance, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. ● Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments, and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. ● Support the team in conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and improve the client's competitive positioning. Additional Requirements and Skills: ● Graduation/Post-Graduation in a similar field ● Meticulous attention to detail ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Must possess creative & impactful ideas ● Extremely organised and detailed oriented ● Basic knowledge of Canva Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have a laptop of your own that you could use for work ?
