Performance Marketing Associate

Job Roles & Requirements: ● Assist in the development, implementation, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across social media channels. ● Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends to enhance campaign performance. ● Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling AD copies, and visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and drive conversions. ● Monitor campaign performance, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. ● Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments, and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. ● Support the team in conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and improve the client's competitive positioning.
