Role Overview

Performance Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Manage daily budgets, pacing, and audience segmentation.
• Conduct A/B tests and implement learnings to improve ad efficiency.
• Generate campaign reports with actionable insights for growth and performance improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and command of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, creative mindset, and performance-first attitude.
