Performance Marketing Associate

You'll manage paid campaigns across platforms, optimise funnels, and help scale our impact with precision and creativity. In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities) :

? Assisting in launching and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms.

? Monitoring daily performance metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities.

? Compiling weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.

? Track campaign KPIs and provide insights to enhance campaigns.

? Maintain dashboards and assist in preparing presentations for internal reviews.

? Provide feedback on visual and messaging effectiveness based on campaign data.

Requirements :

? 12 years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.

? Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

? An understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
