Performance Marketing Associate

, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, turning data into decisions and clicks into conversions. You’ll manage

paid campaigns

across platforms, optimize funnels, and help scale our impact with precision and creativity. If you love numbers, narratives, and the thrill of performance, this is your playground.

In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities):

Assisting in launching and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms.
Monitoring daily performance metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities.
Compiling weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
Track campaign KPIs and provide insights to enhance campaigns.
Maintain dashboards and assist in preparing presentations for internal reviews.
Provide feedback on visual and messaging effectiveness based on campaign data.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
An understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
