Performance Marketing Associate

As a Performance Marketing Associate at Nap Chief, you will play a crucial role in scaling our premium kidswear brand through effective paid media strategies and creative testing. Working closely with the founders, you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact from Day 1. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Your focus will be on tracking and optimizing key performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, and CTR. Collaboration with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets, running A/B tests, and leveraging data for decision-making will be key aspects of your role. Effective management of campaign budgets will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google - Track and optimize KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc. - Collaborate with the creative team for high-performing ad assets - Run A/B tests and landing page experiments - Leverage data to drive decision-making - Manage campaign budgets effectively **Qualifications Required:** - 12 years of D2C experience (must-have) - Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Sheets, GA, and Meta reporting - Hunger to learn, test, and grow - Bonus: Experience in retention campaigns and CRO If you join Nap Chief, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders, be part of a fast-growing, founder-led brand, and collaborate with a young, driven, and collaborative team.
