Overview Early is a GLP-1 drugs focused HealthTech startup. We are looking for a Product Leader to join our founding team. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders. Credentials of Co-founders: VC, FAANG, MBB, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Ivy League MBA What you’ll do Product Development: Coordinate with Dev teams, give product inputs, oversee development, ensure on-time-delivery Ownership: Be the voice of our patients, be a product owner Go 0 to 1: Drive key strategic projects, working directly with the founders to solve critical business problems Special Projects: Lead high-priority, time-sensitive projects that shape the company's future. Partnerships: Drive growth through strategic partnerships by on-boarding and scaling a network of nutritionists, doctors, and other referral/channel partners for lead generation and customer acquisition. Who You Are Experience in HealthTech, product management, VC, or high-growth startups. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills—can distill complex ideas into simple insights. Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a bias for action.
