Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Track daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Execute A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and audiences to optimize campaign performance.

2. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to improve search visibility.
  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page SEO.
  • Work with content and tech teams to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, structured data, etc.).
  • Track organic rankings, impressions, and traffic using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies where required.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

4. Budgeting & Optimization

  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest actionable optimization strategies.

5. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the growth and brand teams to develop ad creatives that align with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to plan seasonal and strategic campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).

Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and attribution models.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools is a plus.
