  • You will facilitate monthly Supply Review meetings focused on internal and external supply capability, and demand/supply balancing, prepare pre-read materials and document decisions, ensuring alignment with engineering and project management, champion the Supply Review process, ensuring alignment with Demand Review and Integrated Reconciliation, translate supply capability and constraints into project timelines, financial projections, and operational commitments.
  • You will monitor KPIs such as Supply Plan Accuracy, On-Time Delivery for ETO projects, Inventory Turns, and Asset Utilization, apply Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement, leverage ERP (SAP S/4), APS, and BI tools to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness, explore automation and AI-driven planning tailored to ETO complexity.
  • You will mentor planners in best practices, promote a culture of cross-functional collaboration, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
