Job Title: IT HR Recruiter / HR Executive – IT Sector Job Location: Webvoom Pvt. Ltd. Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–5 Years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT HR Executive to manage and support all human resource activities specific to the IT department. The ideal candidate will have experience handling the complete recruitment life cycle for technical roles, as well as managing employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations for tech teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Identify IT staffing needs and create job descriptions in coordination with technical managers. Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as developers, designers, Digital marketers, and project managers. Manage job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and campus recruitment drives. Coordinate technical assessments and interview scheduling. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. 2. Onboarding & Documentation Facilitate smooth onboarding of new IT team members. Ensure all joining formalities, document collection, and induction are completed on time. Coordinate with IT team for system and email setup for new hires. 3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR MIS specific to IT staff. Track attendance, leaves, and performance reports. Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, experience letters, appraisals, etc. Assist in payroll inputs and compliance support. 4. Employee Engagement & Retention Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and employee feedback programs. Monitor work culture and address employee grievances sensitively and professionally. Work closely with IT leadership to ensure team morale and retention. 5. Performance Management Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews for tech teams. Work with managers to set OKRs and KPIs aligned with organizational goals. Key Skills Required: Proven HR experience in the IT industry. Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
