Job Description:

Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-oriented HR Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience and excellent communication skills, capable of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment
• Achieve monthly hiring targets
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and databases
• Conduct screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment records and reports

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly target-driven and result-oriented
• Good command over both IT and Non-IT hiring, with primary focus on IT roles
• Experience in hiring for Java, Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Database Administrators,etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
