Develop and execute sales strategies for fabrication products in the B2B sector. Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing segments. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations based on client requirements. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of custom fabrication solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure all sales activities align with company goals and comply with technical standards. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts. Must have a Mechanical Engineering background with 4–5 years of experience in B2B fabrication sales.
