Role Description


Headhunter / Field Recruitment Specialist

The role requires hands-on experience in identifying talent directly from relevant factories, workshops, shipyards, construction sites, and allied industries across India. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for overseas projects, including candidate identification, screening, interview coordination, documentation support, and deployment readiness.

You will work closely with international clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements, mobilization timelines, and compliance standards, while ensuring ethical recruitment practices and a positive candidate experience.


  • Minimum

    5+ years of proven overseas recruitment experience

    , preferably in Marine, Construction, or industrial sectors
  • Strong experience in

    headhunting and field-based sourcing

    , including factory and site-level recruitment
  • Ability to source candidates through

    direct industry mapping, referrals, online platforms, and databases

  • Excellent communication skills in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi

    ;

    South Indian languages preferred

  • Solid understanding of

    international recruitment processes

    , documentation, and compliance norms
  • Ability to independently handle bulk and specialized hiring requirements
  • Strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within India for sourcing activities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a

    target-driven, client-focused, and fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; practical recruitment experience will be given priority over formal qualifications
