The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding top talent. This role demands strong communication, coordination, and sourcing skills to help the organization attract and retain the best professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
* Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.* Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with stakeholders.* Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.* Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.* Participate in employer branding initiatives and HR operations as needed.
