We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment and human resources. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for candidates across various roles.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
