Role Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures that the organization attracts and hires the best talent while maintaining an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

2. Job Posting & Branding

• Draft and publish job postings on various platforms.

• Promote employer branding through engaging content and recruitment campaigns.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.

• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, selection processes, and offer status.

• Provide feedback to candidates in a professional manner.

4. Selection & Onboarding

• Support hiring managers in final candidate selection.

• Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.
