Codec IT is a results-driven IT and digital marketing company specializing in website design, SEO, and online marketing solutions that help businesses build a strong digital presence and generate more leads.We are expanding our US market outreach and are looking for motivated Telesales Executives / Cold Callers to connect with potential clients, present our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients in the United States (using Google Maps, online directories, and other lead sources). Present Codec ITs services Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing in a professional and engaging way. Offer each prospect a Free Website Audit Gift worth $150 as part of our introductory campaign. Collect key details such as email ID, decision makers name, and business website. Schedule a 1520 minute discovery call between the decision maker and our senior consultant/sales team. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up details, and lead status in CRM or Excel. Meet daily and weekly call and lead-generation targets. Report daily performance updates to the team lead or manager.

Requirements:
02 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation (experience in IT / Digital Marketing preferred). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Comfortable working the US Night Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM IST. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making cold calls. Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing concepts. Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. Good organisational and data management skills.
