  • Position:


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities for our IT and Web Development services targeting the US and Canadian markets. The role primarily involves outbound calling, email outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of web technologies, and experience in international outbound sales will be an advantage.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Conduct outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients in the US and Canada.

    • Identify and qualify prospects needing web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, or related IT services.

    Sales & Client Engagement:

    • Clearly and persuasively present service offerings via phone, email, or video calls.

    • Schedule meetings and demos with interested prospects and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team.

    • Understand client requirements and propose customized IT/web solutions.

    CRM & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

    • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, client feedback, and performance metrics.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with business development managers, marketing, and technical teams to refine sales strategies.

    • Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve service offerings and campaigns.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

    • Up to 3 years of experience in outbound international sales; experience in IT/web services is a plus.

    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

    • Good understanding of web technologies, CMS, eCommerce, and mobile applications.

    • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US/Canada time zones.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior experience with Upwork, Clutch, or other freelance lead generation platforms is a plus.

    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
