About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive who has excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a passion for driving sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals for our AI-powered hiring & HR automation platform — Eployrs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct product presentations and demos for HR managers & decision-makers.

*

Understand client hiring challenges and pitch Eployrs as the best solution.

*

Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation to closing.

*

Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

*

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaigns.

*

Track sales activities and update CRM regularly.

*

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*

Proven experience in sales (1–5 years preferred).

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

*

Experience in SaaS, HRTech, IT services, or recruitment industry (preferred).

*

Ability to understand and pitch software products effectively.

*

Self-driven, confident, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

*

Strong follow-up skills and ability to close deals.

Preferred Qualifications

*

Experience selling to HR teams or recruitment agencies.

*

Understanding of ATS, CRM, HRMS, or hiring platforms.

*

Ability to handle B2B sales and enterprise clients.
