Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate newbusiness opportunities for our IT and Web Development services in the US and Canadianmarkets. This role involves outbound calling, email outreach, lead generation, and salesconversion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding ofweb technologies, and prior experience in international outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation && Prospecting:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients in the US and Canada.
  • Identify and qualify prospects who require web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, or related IT services.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo,ZoomInfo, etc.

Sales && Client Engagement:

  • Present service offers clearly and persuasively over phone, email, or video calls.
  • Schedule meetings/demos with interested prospects and collaborate with the technical/pre-sales team.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized IT/web solutions.

CRM && Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, client feedback, and performance metrics.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business development managers, marketing, and technical teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve offerings and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound international sales, preferably in the IT/web services domain.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in outbound calling to US/Canada clients is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of web technologies, CMS, eCommerce, and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work night shifts (US/Canada time zone).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.
  • Prior experience with Upwork, Clutch, or freelance lead generation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
