Telesales Executive / Cold Caller US Shift (Website & Digital Marketing Services)

Location- Kopar Khairane New Mumbai

Experience - 0 to 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients in the United States (via Google Maps, online directories, etc.).

• Present Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing in a professional and engaging manner.

• Collect key customer details such as email ID, decision makers name, and business website.

• Schedule 15-20 minute discovery calls between prospects and our senior consultant/sales team.

• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up details, and lead status in CRM or Excel.

• Meet daily/weekly call volume and lead-generation targets.

• Report daily performance updates to the team lead or manager.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation (experience in IT/Digital Marketing preferred).

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Comfortable working US night shift (7 PM 4 AM IST).

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making cold calls.

• Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Good organisational and data management skills.
